Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We provide free standard shipping on all orders over $100 USD. For orders below that amount, a flat rate of $5 USD applies within the United States and International shipping.

· Europe & Canada: 7–15 business days
· Australia & other countries: 10–20 business days
Processing time is 1–3 business days. Orders ship from the nearest available warehouse (U.S. or EU) to reduce delivery time. Tracking information is sent by email once your order is dispatched.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return:
· Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition
· Certain hygiene items (e.g., nursing bras, open bottles, pacifiers) are non-returnable for safety reasons
To request a return, contact our support team. We’ll guide you through the process. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
How do I track my order?
Yes! Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also use our “Track Your Order” page on the website to follow your delivery in real-time.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
We sincerely apologize for any issue. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 3 days of delivery with the Return Center or at support@towncelery.com with:
